Screening on your criteria, not the AI's
You write the questions and the routing. The agent asks them the same way on every call and every chat, and never decides whether a matter has merit.
What it does
Pick practice areas from a legal catalogue. Personal-injury-type matters start from starter templates; for other areas you add the questions you write. Each question is a choice, multi-choice, dropdown, month/year or text, in the order you want. Turn on the standard screening you care about: when it happened, injuries, severity, fault, insurance, state, already represented. Then set what happens when a matter qualifies: offer a booking, or take details for an attorney callback. Out-of-state inquiries are declined politely or captured as referral leads.
How routing works
Every answer follows the rules you set
Watch a matter flow through the rules
Routing is set by the attorney. The AI never decides whether a matter has merit.
How it works
Set it up in one sitting
Step 1
Write the questions
Start from a seeded template per practice area or from blank. Drag to reorder.
Step 2
Set the screening
Toggle the standard checks, list your jurisdictions and the matters you don’t handle, and choose decline vs. referral for out-of-state callers.
Step 3
Choose the outcome
Book now, or attorney callback. Set statute-of-limitations months and an “urgent within N days” threshold; force a callback for severe matters.
Step 4
Review the record
Every intake shows contact, matter answers and consultation. Flag a record with legal hold to exclude it from retention purges.

Questions attorneys ask
No. Routing follows the criteria you configure. The agent asks your questions and applies your rules; the attorney decides merit.
It captures the parties involved so your team can run the conflict check. It does not clear conflicts automatically.
Your choice per firm: a polite decline, or capture as a referral lead tagged Referral so you can pass it on.
Your criteria, applied to every inquiry.
