How voice billing works. Included minutes reset every month, including on annual plans, and don't carry over. "About N intakes" assumes an eight-minute call; your calls draw their real length. Minutes beyond your plan draw from a prepaid balance you top up and cap yourself — when it runs out, calls pause until you top up. Each call has a 15-minute safety cap.

Pricing questions

Voice minutes are the limit and are enforced. The intake counts shown next to each plan (for example, about 25 intakes for 200 minutes) are an approximation based on an eight-minute call, not a separate cap. Web chat conversations are counted separately and don’t draw on your voice minutes.

Calls past your monthly pool draw from a prepaid balance with a spend cap you set yourself. When that balance is exhausted, the line stops taking calls until you top up.

No. Forward your existing number to Basalix, or use a new local number. Both are included, with no per-number fee.

Yes. Change plan mid-cycle and the difference is prorated. Cancel any time from the billing page.
